This place has a wonderful old setting in a perfect location, with very well-maintained and nicely decorated rooms, making it the preferred hotel choice in the area.

No complaint, the venue met the demands, totally recommend it. My children and I thoroughly enjoyed being there, it's exceptionally comfortable and pleasant hotel😃

The staff were both attentive and helpful. Had new-fashioned, updated room with air conditioner, Good breakfast, as for instance. We had an extensive and plentiful breakfast, enjoyed the meal.

My suitcase, which I had left in the luggage room, was mistakenly loaded onto a bus by a tour bus driver together with the luggage of other guests. This was a huge inconvenience, but the reception staff was very responsive and I already have my suitcase back.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had such a comfortable and luxurious experience. The location of this place is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town and close to everything. It was so nice to step out of the hotel and be just a few steps away from the pedestrian zone. The room was clean and shiny, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. The service was top-notch, from the friendly reception staff to the prompt housekeeping. I was particularly impressed with the young woman working the day shift at the reception, she had a great sense of humor and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
